Numab Therapeutics AG is seeking a hands-on study leader to run Phase I trials, partnering with CROs and sites to ensure study readiness, data integrity and timely execution. You will own delivery from start-up to close-out, manage safety reviews and drive action through complex vendor networks.

The role emphasizes early-phase operations, feasibility, activation and multi-site coordination within a lean biotech environment, offering direct ownership and strategic influence on study conduct.

Qualifications

• Substantial clinical operations experience in early-phase studies (PhI/healthy volunteers).
• Proven ability to manage CROs and multi-site clinical operations.
• Experience with start-up, dose-escalation, safety review, and site activation.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational delivery of Phase I studies from start-up through close-out and reconciliation.
• Act as Numab's day-to-day operational counterpart to the CRO; set expectations and drive issue resolution.
• Develop integrated study plans, milestones, risk logs and decision records; mitigate risks early.
