Job summary

CTC Resourcing Solutions is recruiting for a Pharma CAPEX Project Manager to oversee lab and utilities projects at a Bern site. The role is a 12-month contract with potential extension and requires 5 years of pharma capital project experience.

The position allows 2 days per week working from home (hybrid) and demands strong leadership, cGMP knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with laboratory projects preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA-regulated facilities.
• Swiss/EU citizenship or residency permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Scope, procure, construct and qualify new equipment and facilities to meet production throughput demand.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through project lifecycle to deliver capacity expansion.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans; monitor milestones and budgets.
• Maintain oversight on project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project reports for site leadership and steering committees.
