Qualifications

• 2–4 years of demonstrable experience in Product Analytics or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Pendo, including tagging, configuration, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and recurring analytics for product or business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability of analytics data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and organized approach to recurring reporting tasks.
• Experience with Grafana, SQL or BI platforms is advantageous but not required.
• Interest in cybersecurity and product development is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operation of Pendo including tagging, configuration, dashboards, reports, and data quality monitoring.
• Build and improve dashboards and reporting tools to show product usage, customer behavior, and feature adoption.
• Ensure new features are properly tagged and measurable for adoption tracking.
• Analyze product usage trends and provide actionable findings to Product Managers.
• Combine Pendo analytics with Grafana and BI data for a comprehensive view of product performance.
• Support leadership reporting with dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI/OKR tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to improve analytics accessibility and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen analytics processes and data quality.
