ELCA Information Technology Ltd. is seeking an HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Specialist in Switzerland. The role covers day-to-day compensation, benefits, and payroll management for EMEA, with focus on Swiss payroll administration and pay equity analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a HR degree (HR Brevet a strong plus) and has about 8+ years of relevant experience, including Swiss compensation, payroll, and HRIS familiarity. Fluency in French and English is required, German a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• HR Brevet federal is a strong advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation/benefits.
• Experience in Swiss compensation and benefits is a must; regional experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support development of a consistent rewards philosophy.
• Prepare salary and benefits packages; assess pay equity.
• Assist with global Annual Salary Review.
• Develop and implement Swiss payroll processes and related admin.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits.
• Consolidate compensation data for KPIs and dashboards.
• Contribute to HRIS development and testing.
• Monitor compensation trends and best practices.
• Lead HR projects in a matrix environment.
