DB&L Services SA in Ticino, Switzerland, seeks a senior banking manager to lead a strategic function in the payments area. The role combines people leadership, banking functional expertise, application ownership, project management and operational oversight.

You will lead the team, govern projects and suppliers, and ensure continuity of payment processes while collaborating with IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk and management.

Qualifikationen

• Senior managerial experience in banking, preferably payments operations.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss and international payment processes and controls.
• Proven track record in IT/banking project delivery and regulatory changes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the team, set priorities and workloads.
• Oversee end-to-end payment projects, from requirements to go-live.
• Ensure continuity and quality of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, SIC/euroSIC, ISO 20022).
• Manage incidents, escalations and time-critical issues.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk and management.
• Foster skills development and process improvements.
• Expand function scope towards securities traffic over time.
