Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a Process Analytical Technology Lead to drive PAT applications from lab to pilot scale and into first manufacturing. You will collaborate with manufacturing sites and help build global PAT capabilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in PAT or related fields, with a solid understanding of QC, manufacturing environments, and project management. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Academic qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Science, or related discipline.
• Strong focus on PAT techniques and concepts.
• 3–5 years of professional PAT experience.
• Good understanding of manufacturing environments, analytical techniques and QC.
• Project management skills to plan and deliver.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
