Bayer Crop Science is seeking a Plant PCT Engineer (m/f/d) in Muttenz, Switzerland. You will support electrical and instrumentation aspects to ensure safe, reliable, and sustainable production.

You will lead maintenance planning and contribute to investment projects while adhering to internal standards. Qualifications include a university degree in electrical engineering or process control technology and 3–5 years of PCT experience, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in electrical engineering or process control technology.
• Minimum 3–5 years in PCT or similar environment.
• Knowledge of common processes and standards in process control technology.
• Experience with project or maintenance work in chemical industry is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ensure PCT performance to support plant goals (capacity, availability, reliability, compliance, safety, environment).
• Plan and execute PCT maintenance; develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Budget planning for basic investments up to 5 Mio €, participate in larger investments.
• Maintain PCT documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement knowledge transfer and good practices within PCT community.
