Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Training Specialist to enable the deployment and ongoing adoption of PAS-X by translating processes into role-based learning, user readiness, and go-live support for production teams.

The role requires fluent German and English, a relevant engineering or life sciences background, and 3+ years of experience in system or technical training, preferably with PAS-X or MES in regulated environments. 12-month contract starting Jan 2027.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree or comparable qualification in engineering, life sciences, IT, business administration, educational sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering technical, process-based, or system training; PAS-X or MES experience preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to connect operational workflows with system functionality.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (GxP) is advantageous.
• Experience supporting system implementation, change, go-live, hypercare, train-the-trainer, or key-user networks.
• Strong instructional design, adult-learning, facilitation, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze capability and training needs with project teams across departments.
• Translate processes and PAS-X functionality into role-based learning objectives and curricula.
• Develop instructor-led and digital learning content, exercises, and quick-reference guides.
• Plan and deliver PAS-X training for production employees and internal trainers.
• Assess learning effectiveness and readiness through checks, exercises, and feedback.
• Provide floor-level support during deployment and hypercare.
• Capture recurring user challenges and work with teams to improve processes or configuration.
• Maintain training records and completion status per quality requirements.
