Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support the Quality Systems team at the Schaffhausen site. You will help drive compliant, efficient execution of QMS processes, including change control, NC/CAPA, commitments, and related metrics, with cross-functional collaboration and training support.

The role focuses on process expertise, end-user support, training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement to strengthen compliance and inspection readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma/biotech/devices).
• Knowledge of Quality Systems processes and related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop SME for assigned QMS process; provide guidance, governance input, and continuous improvement.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and end-user training across QMS processes.
• Organize review boards and alignment meetings; monitor process performance and KPI reviews.
