Job summary

Randstad Switzerland is seeking a Training Specialist to enable the successful deployment and sustainable adoption of PAS-X by translating manufacturing processes into practical, role-based learning materials. You will plan, develop, and deliver training for production employees and internal trainers, ensuring readiness and smooth go-live across functions within a regulated environment.

Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering technical, process-based, or system training; PAS-X or another MES experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to connect workflows with system functionality.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (GxP knowledge is a plus).
• Experience supporting system implementation, go-live preparation, hypercare, train-the-trainer activities, or key-user networks.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong collaboration and documentation quality.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyse capability and training needs with project stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Translate processes and PAS-X functionality into learning objectives, curricula, and user guidance.
• Develop instructor-led and digital learning content, exercises, and manuals.
• Plan and deliver PAS-X training for production, support functions, and key users.
• Assess training effectiveness and readiness through checks and feedback.
• Provide floor-level support during deployment and hypercare.
• Capture user challenges and drive improvements in processes or documentation.
• Maintain training records and related quality documentation.
