VF Corporation is seeking a Junior Paralegal (Part Time 50%) to support the EMEA Legal team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will own contract execution workflows via Docusign, manage 70–90 contracts weekly, and handle Coupa-based budget administration for external law firms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in an assistant-like position, with fluency in English and Italian. Strong organizational skills and confidentiality are essential; on-site work in Stabio is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Work experience as an assistant or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Docusign is required; experience with Coupa or another P2P / procurement system is highly desirable.
• Well organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to act without close guidance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Italian.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end contract execution workflow via Docusign for 70–90 contracts per week.
• Administer Coupa for external legal engagements and budgets.
• Maintain document management system (SharePoint) with metadata tagging.
• Support legal research and entity management; liaise with internal business partners across EMEA.
• Coordinate wet-ink signatures and notarial/legalisation when electronic execution is not accepted.
