Aufgaben

• Assist with the life cycle of fund investments across locations worldwide.
• Register funds, analyze documents and contracts, monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate onboarding of investment structures; ensure KYC/AML compliance and open bank accounts; update docs.
• Collaborate with law firms, notaries, and authorities; update contracts and SLAs.
• Check prospectuses, investor information, fund documents; maintain data in systems.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance; monitor disclosure and reporting obligations.
• Maintain the private equity database and post-committee administration.
• Store contracts and manage documentation after committee meetings.
