EF World Journeys is offering a 2027 trainee program in Production or Transportation to support tour preparation and execution across the season. Trainees will coordinate with restaurants, transport companies, guides, and attractions to ensure a high-quality traveler experience.

Responsibilities include supplier communications, bookings, and on-tour support, with collaboration with the US Market Development team to enhance itineraries.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
• University degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, flexible, quick learner, and problem solver.
• Enjoys working with numbers and Excel.
• Similar work experience is a plus.
• Able to analyze and improve processes with creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Production and Transportation Specialists with supplier confirmations and special requests.
• Secure bookings with business partners and settle accounts with suppliers.
• Research and identify new business partners.
• Assist in on-tour support for Tour Directors and partners.
• Collaborate with US Market Development to improve logistics and itineraries.
• Communicate with internal departments across time zones.
