EF Education First Ltd. is seeking ambitious trainees for a 2027 start to support Production and Transportation within EF World Journeys.

The role involves assisting specialists with tour preparations and on-tour support, coordinating with restaurants, transport providers, guides, and attractions. The Traineeship is six months minimum, with a paid salary of 40,000 CHF gross per year for Switzerland, and requires a Schengen passport or right to work in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• University degree required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven and flexible; quick learner and problem solver.
• Enjoys working with numbers and Microsoft Excel.
• Similar work experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily support of Production and Transportation Specialists with supplier confirmations, updates and special requests.
• Securing bookings with business partners.
• Settling accounts with suppliers and supporting accounts payable processes.
• Researching and identifying new business partners.
• On-tour support to Tour Directors and business partners.
