EF's Global Finance Program in Zurich invites ambitious graduates to join an 18-month, rotational trainee experience. You will work across Financial Analysis, Planning, Accounting and Business Analytics, gaining hands-on exposure from day one.

You will rotate through EF finance hubs worldwide, with mentorship from senior finance leaders and opportunities to contribute to cross-border projects across languages and cultures.

Formación

• University degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant major.
• Internship or professional experience preferred.
• Interest in international finance career.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Fluency in English; another language preferred.
• International work/study experience is a plus.

Global Finance Program

If you are looking to kick-start an international career in finance and make an impact early on, then EF’s 18-months rotational Global Trainee Program in Finance could be for you. Tailored to give broad exposure to multiple finance areas, this program allows you to explore three roles across different EF finance hubs and business units.

Europe-based candidates begin in Zurich, London, or Malta, and will rotate to finance hubs and local offices in Europe, North- or South America, or Asia.

The Role

Be prepared for a steep learning curve. You will be given ownership early on, and as you progress, you will take on more hands‑on and challenging tasks. Exposure to different business units ranging from large established products to smaller startup‑like projects will enhance your learning, give you visibility into EF’s entrepreneurial culture, and help you develop a wide range of skills needed for a future leadership position.

In the Global Finance Program, you will…

• Explore roles in Financial Analysis and Planning, Pricing and Cost Control, Business Analytics and Strategy, Accounting, Finance Transformation, and more
• Participate in international summits with fellow program participants and EF colleagues from around the world, to further your professional development and build a close network of EF professionals
• Receive ongoing mentorship and support from our senior finance management
• Gain exposure to our business units, including Language schools, Academic degrees, Cultural exchange programs, and Educational travel

What We Seek In a Candidate

• You have a university degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant major
• You preferably bring applicable internship/professional experience
• You want to pursue an international career in finance
• You have exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills
• You are fluent in English (fluency in one additional language is preferred)
• You ideally have international work and/or study experience
• You are flexible and naturally curious
• You are eligible to work in Europe without visa sponsorship
