EF Education First invites graduates to join an 18‑month Global Trainee program with rotations across European hubs, starting in Zurich or London. You will tackle real responsibilities, interact with EF leaders, and explore how AI can drive business innovation and customer experience.

Please note that jet lag, long hours, and high challenges are part of the journey, with mentorship from senior leaders and structured growth opportunities throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English (fluency in another language strongly preferred).
• International work and/or study experience.
• Right to work in EU/CH and/or UK.

Responsabilités

• Own impactful projects from day one.
• Start in our European Hubs (Zurich or London) and rotate through 1–2 other offices.
• Gain first‑hand, front‑line experience across EF’s core business functions—including sales, business development, customer experience, and market development—while engaging directly with our customer base in meaningful ways.
• Participate in Global Trainee Summits designed for professional growth, networking, and collaboration with fellow Global Trainees and EF executives.
• Build deep insight into the world’s largest privately‑held international education company—its products, people, culture, and global mission.
