CTC Resourcing Solutions AG in Valais, Switzerland seeks a German-speaking Construction Manager for a 12-month contract. You will lead the construction site, assume operational responsibility during construction and installation, and coordinate safety and EHS across multiple contractors.

You will monitor plans, costs, and schedules, organize inspections, and contribute to tendering and execution of smaller projects. Fluent German (C1) and English (B1) are expected; Swiss/EU residency required.

Aufgaben

• Manage the construction site and bear operational responsibility during construction and installation phases.
• Coordinate all EHS issues on site and obtain work method statements from contractors, ensuring effective EHS management system use.
• Support the procurement process and ensure safety aspects are included in work performed.
• Monitor plan specifications, costs, schedule, and quality.
• Organize building inspections and correct defects.
• Prepare tender documents and assist with contracts with procurement.
• Create and develop CSA standard documents and ensure compliance with standards.
