Zusammenfassung

STAAR Surgical AG seeks a Warehouse Supervisor Outbound (100%) to ensure on-time order preparation and shipments while driving continuous logistics improvements. You will lead and optimize the outbound team, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with inbound to maintain inventory accuracy.

English proficiency is required, German/French or other language skills are a plus. The role involves ERP-related testing, SOP compliance, and Lean guidance in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Logistics operations preferred; leadership diploma is a plus; Green Belt certification noted.
• GMP, GDP, ISO 13485 knowledge is expected.
• Strong English skills required; German/French or other language skills are a plus.
• Good IT skills and experience with ERP systems are required.
• Lean Management experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan and allocate resources to meet timelines and ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitor workload and team capacity to anticipate resource needs year-round.
• Support inventory coordination with inbound leads and report discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate material transfers between storage locations and virtual warehouses.
• Lead and participate in ERP implementation tests and operator training.
