Zusammenfassung

Zurich Instruments is seeking a Senior Warehouse Specialist to own intralogistics, inventory control, and incoming goods processes. You will ensure stock accuracy in the ERP, interface between warehouse, purchasing, and production, and lead optimization projects across the warehouse.

You will back up the Logistician for outbound shipments and 4-eye inspection while driving continuous improvement in warehouse processes. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed logistics apprenticeship; degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and intralogistics, ideally in technical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP modules; familiarity with Odoo is an advantage.
• Proven track record in process optimization and lean management.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end intralogistics, inventory control, and warehouse management processes.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods with documentation and quality checks.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure ERP stock matches physical stock.
• Keep ERP master data and workflows accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to optimize inventory levels and interface with manufacturing.
• Lead continuous improvement of warehouse processes and projects.
• Back up the Logistician for shipments and outbound checks.
