STAAR Surgical Switzerland in Brügg is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Outbound 100% to ensure on-time daily orders preparation and shipments. You will plan resources, monitor workload, and coordinate with inbound teams to maintain accurate inventory and timely dispatch.

You will lead a Lean, safety-focused team, develop competencies, participate in ERP testing and audits, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring SOPs and QMS documentation are up to date.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Logistics operations preferred; leadership diploma is a plus.
• GMP, GDP, ISO 13485 knowledge is expected.
• Excellent English skills; German or French is a plus.
• Strong IT skills with MS Office and ERP system proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Plan and allocate resources to meet timelines and ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitor forecast, workload, and team capacity for year-round planning.
• Co-lead and coordinate with inbound lead and ERP system for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure SOPs, QMS docs, and safety rules are followed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lean guidance.
