Job summary

LatticeFlow AI is seeking an Outbound Growth Intern to support the Head of Growth in building outbound pipelines across Europe. You will identify target accounts, craft sequences, and help convert cold outreach into qualified pipeline. This fixed-term 6-month internship offers real responsibility from day one.

Based in Europe, you’ll craft messaging, manage sequences, and track performance in our CRM. This role requires strong English communication, curiosity, and the ability to work CET hours

Qualifications

• Based in Europe with genuine interest in AI.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Curious and research-driven; organized and self-directed.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn or similar tools.
• Available for standard CET business hours.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-fit target accounts in the European market.
• Build and manage outreach sequences.
• Write and iterate on outbound messaging, personalizing at scale without losing quality.
• Be creative in adopting new ways to succeed in the role.
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM; report on what's working and what is not.

Our team is growing and we are looking for an Outbound Growth Intern to help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today.

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI

You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth to build and run outbound pipelines targeting the European market: identifying the right companies, crafting compelling sequences, and helping turn cold outreach into qualified pipeline. Modern prospecting is waiting for you.

Please note: This is a fixed-term 6-month internship. There is no path to full-time conversion at the end.
