LatticeFlow AI in Europe is seeking an outbound growth intern to help build and run outbound pipelines across the European market. You will identify target accounts, craft sequences, and convert cold outreach into a qualified pipeline under the Head of Growth.

This 6-month fixed-term internship offers direct mentorship, real responsibility from day one, and exposure to AI governance and compliance in a fast-growing Swiss-engineered company. CET hours expected.

Formación

• Based in Europe with genuine interest in AI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curious and research-driven; organized and self-directed.
• Familiarity with professional tools like HubSpot or LinkedIn.
• Available for standard CET business hours.

Responsabilidades

Our team is growing and we are looking for an Outbound Growth Intern to help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today.

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI

You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth to build and run outbound pipelines targeting the European market: identifying the right companies, crafting compelling sequences, and helping turn cold outreach into qualified pipeline. Modern prospecting is waiting for you.

Please note: This is a fixed-term 6-month internship. There is no path to full-time conversion at the end.
