Job summary

LatticeFlow AI, a Swiss-engineered AI governance platform, invites a North America-focused internship to join the Growth team. You’ll research target accounts, build outreach sequences, and drive qualified pipeline from the US and Canada.

This fixed-term 6-month internship requires late CET overlap with US/Canada business hours. Based in Europe, you’ll contribute to outbound messaging and gain hands-on experience in AI compliance markets.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe, genuine interest in AI.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Comfortable working late CET hours (3 pm - 9 pm CET) regularly.
• Curious and research-driven; organized and self-directed.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn or some other professional tools.
• Available for standard CET business hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-fit target accounts in the US and Canadian market
• Build and manage outreach sequences
• Craft messaging tailored to NAM buyer behavior: less formal, more direct
• Write and iterate on outbound messaging, personalizing at scale without losing quality
• Being creative to adopt new ways to be successful in how to do your job
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM; report on what's working and what is not

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI

You’ll focus on the North American market, working with our Head of Growth to research target accounts, build outreach sequences, and drive qualified pipeline from the US and Canada.

Important scheduling note: You’ll need to be available during late CET hours (roughly 3 pm - 9 pm CET) to overlap with US/Canadian business hours. You can be based anywhere, but this schedule is non-negotiable.

Please note: This is a fixed-term 6-month internship. There is no path to full-time conversion at the end.
