LatticeFlow is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our platform with enterprise AI environments in Zurich and beyond. You will own the full journey from technical pre-sales to hands-on deployment and ongoing success.

Bring a solid technical foundation in ML or software engineering, plus experience delivering PoVs, deploying enterprise software, and communicating with both engineers and executives.

Qualifikationen

• Solid technical foundation in ML, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience in executingPre-sales value demonstrations and scoping proofs-of-concept.
• Experience deploying or integrating enterprise software SaaS and on-premise.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, or compliance is a plus.

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements: demos, PoCs, and value proofs with the sales team.
• Own post-sale implementation end-to-end across SaaS and on-prem environments.
• Tailor platform components to customer AI stacks and risk requirements.
• Build integrations, scripts, and workflows to deliver rapid customer value.
• Translate AI governance and compliance needs into actionable solutions.
• Represent customer voice to product and engineering teams.
• Maintain technical relationships with stakeholders across GRC, AI, and engineering.

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at LatticeFlow AI, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our platform and the complex, real-world AI environments of our enterprise customers, owning the full journey from technical pre-sales to hands‑on deployment and long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements: Running demos, scoping proof‑of‑concepts, and proof‑of‑value and working alongside the sales team to close deals with confidence
• Own post-sale implementation end-to-end, deploying the LatticeFlow AI platform across both SaaS and on‑premise customer environments
• Deeply understand each customer's AI stack and tailor our platform components (Atlas, Evaluate, Govern, Discover) to their specific use cases and risk requirements
• Build custom integrations, scripts, and workflows where needed, getting your hands dirty so customers get real value fast
• Translate complex AI governance and compliance requirements (EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001) into technical solutions your customers can actually execute on
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product insights back to our engineering and research teams
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders across GRC, AI, and engineering teams at customer organizations
  

What you’ll bring to our team?

• A solid technical foundation - background in ML, software engineering, or a related field; you're comfortable reading code, working with APIs, and navigating complex AI systems.
• Experience in executing Proof‑of‑Value’s and the strategy to convert prospects into customers.
• Experience deploying or integrating enterprise software in both SaaS and on‑premise environments
• A natural sales flair - you can walk into a room, earn technical trust, and move a deal forward without feeling like a salesperson
• Strong communication skills - able to explain highly technical concepts to both engineers and C‑suite stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, or compliance frameworks is a strong plus
• A builder's mindset - you don't wait for perfect conditions, you figure it out
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines.
