LatticeFlow AI in Europe is seeking an outbound growth intern to help build and run outbound pipelines across the European market. You will identify target accounts, craft sequences, and convert cold outreach into a qualified pipeline under the Head of Growth.

This 6-month fixed-term internship offers direct mentorship, real responsibility from day one, and exposure to AI governance and compliance in a fast-growing Swiss-engineered company. CET hours expected.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe with genuine interest in AI.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curious and research-driven; organized and self-directed.
• Familiarity with professional tools like HubSpot or LinkedIn.
• Available for standard CET business hours.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify high-fit target accounts in the European market.
• Build and manage outbound sequences.
• Write and iterate outbound messaging, personalizing at scale.
• Adopt new approaches to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Track activity and pipeline in the CRM; report on results.
