Next Ventures seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst to support an Oracle E-Business Suite environment in Switzerland. The role blends project management, business analysis and hands-on EBS functional work focused on Financials and SCM.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and Oracle specialists to drive requirements, deliver initiatives and ensure processes are well supported by EBS solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS/R12).
• Experience across Oracle EBS Financials and SCM.
• Understand end-to-end Finance and Supply Chain processes.
• Roles as Oracle EBS Project Manager, Business Systems Analyst or similar.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience managing Oracle-related projects or significant change initiatives.
• Bridge business stakeholders and Oracle teams effectively.
• Experience with testing, UAT, releases and implementation.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management.
• Ownership mindset to drive projects to completion.
• Experience with EBS R12.2 and multiple Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Purchasing).
• SCM areas: Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing or Planning.
• EBS integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience in international or complex enterprise environments.
• Onsite Switzerland or European enterprise experience.
• Fluent English; German or French advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage Oracle EBS projects and business systems initiatives from requirements to delivery.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and Oracle teams.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into Oracle EBS functional solutions.
• Lead workshops with Finance, SCM and other stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate functional and technical resources throughout delivery.
• Support solution design and assess impact of changes.
• Oversee configuration, development, testing and deployment activities.
• Support UAT and business readiness.
• Investigate existing Oracle EBS processes and identify improvements.
• Provide functional guidance and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Financials and SCM.
• Produce functional specs, process and project documentation.
• Manage communication with stakeholders at business and IT levels.
• Ensure solutions delivered within scope and timelines.
