headcount is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Western & Central Switzerland in optics. You will work with opticians and optical retailers to grow the business, provide expert lens fitting and refraction guidance, and train customers through workshops and events.

Travel is extensive (85–90%), with regular meetings in Germany and collaboration with the DACH team. Independent, customer-focused professionals with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in optics, ideally as a qualified optician or master optician; alternatively, sales management experience.
• Fluent business German and French.
• High independence, self-organization, and strong customer orientation.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Western and Central Switzerland sales territory within B2B distribution of contact lenses and care products.
• Develop and support existing customers (opticians, optical retailers, contact lens specialists).
• Provide expert advice on contact lens fitting, refraction, and product applications while building long-term relationships.
• Plan and deliver product trainings, customer workshops, and events; represent the company at trade fairs.
• Independently plan customer visits and territory activities with structured reporting.
• Collaborate with DACH organization and marketing; attend quarterly meetings in Germany.
