Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Leading, assessing, coaching and developing employees by creating and implementing training plans.
• Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines.
• Recognizing and correcting deviations and participating in investigations as well as improvement projects.

• Comparing cross-company process steps (relationships, dependencies, processes).
• Managing shift handovers, inspections as well as creating, maintaining and updating instruction manuals.
