Lonza, located in Visp, Switzerland, seeks a shift team leader to guide and develop the production team, ensuring GMP compliance and efficient process execution. You will train staff, coordinate resources, and oversee handovers and inspections to optimize operations.

The role requires experience in production environments, strong knowledge of process engineering, and fluent English (German a plus). This position adheres to Lonza’s standards for safety and ethics.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a shift team leader or in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes in a large production area and related systems.
• Experience in coordinating resources and work processes; knowledge of process engineering.
• Fluency in English; German would be an advantage.

• Experienced in installing and handling manufacturing plants as well as in coordinating resources and work processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering
• Fluency in English (written and oral), German would be an advantage
