Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead Operations to guide a production team and ensure efficient, compliant operations. You will train and develop staff, set priorities, and drive improvements across the production area.

The role emphasizes coordinating resources, maintaining GMP standards, and securing smooth shift handovers while supporting broader process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a shift team leader or in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production processes in a large production area.
• Experience installing and coordinating manufacturing plants and related processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process engineering.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Leading, assessing, coaching and developing employees by creating and implementing training plans.
• Setting priorities and allocating resources to meet deadlines.
• Recognizing deviations and participating in investigations and improvement projects.
• Ensuring security and GMP compliance.
• Comparing cross-company process steps and coordinating handovers.
• Managing shift handovers, inspections and updating instruction manuals.
