Job summary

The role requires leadership experience in biotechnological production, strong process knowledge, and ability to coordinate complex workflows in a fast-paced plant environment. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in biotech production environments.
• Strong understanding of production processes across large-scale facilities.
• Experience coordinating complex manufacturing plants and resources.
• Knowledge of process engineering principles and GMP requirements.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Structured, organized, assertive and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assess, and coach a diverse team to foster growth and development.
• Oversee daily operations, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure targets and quality standards.
• Investigate production deviations and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring GMP compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other team leaders and departments to optimize efficiency and share best practices.
• Manage shift handovers, inspections, and ensure training plans are implemented on time.
