Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a motivated Team Lead Operations to guide a production team at our Visp biotechnological plant.

You will lead daily vaccine production activities, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure safety and GMP standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment. The role requires several years of leadership experience in biotech production, strong process engineering knowledge, and the ability to coordinate complex workflows while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within biotechnological production.
• Deep understanding of production processes in a large-scale environment.
• Experience with manufacturing plants and coordinating complex work processes and resources.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and practices.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, assess, and coach a diverse team, providing guidance for growth and development.
• Manage daily production operations to meet targets and quality standards.
• Investigate deviations and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and share best practices.
• Oversee shift handovers, inspections, and training plan implementation.
