Zusammenfassung

Wingtra in Zürich is hiring an assembly technician to build and test our aerial drones. You will assemble drones, glue, sand, drill, wire components, and ensure calibration and quality control while collaborating with a fast-growing team.

We value hands-on precision, Lean/5S experience, and clear English communication as we refine production workflows in a dynamic startup setting with flexible hours and opportunities to grow.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical training (EFZ Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in, Polymechaniker/in) or several years’ experience in a similar assembly role.
• Manual dexterity and a flair for precise work.
• Interest in working with an innovative team and rapidly changing processes, and helping to shape them.
• Very good communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Assemble Wingtra drones for customers.
• Hands-on work including gluing, sanding, drilling, and custom labeling of parts.
• Mounting and wiring of electronics.
• Calibration and quality control / testing of the Wingtra drones.
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and contribute ideas to refine production workflows, Lean process improvements, and product design.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of Wingtra drones for customers
• Hands-on work including gluing, sanding, drilling, and custom labeling of parts
• Mounting and wiring of electronics
• Calibration and quality control / testing of the Wingtra drones

Requirements

• 3+ years of assembly experience with electromechanical devices
• Proven track record of precise work / series production
• Experience soldering cables, connectors and components
• Background in Lean / 5S
