Zusammenfassung

Wingtra in Zürich is seeking a Production Operator Assembly to join a robotics scaleup that builds advanced aerial drones and data solutions. You will assemble drones, conduct gluing, sanding, drilling, labeling, and mounting of electronics while calibrating and testing products for quality and performance.

You’ll also support inventory tasks and contribute ideas to optimize workflows in a lean production environment. English communication is essential for collaboration with international teams.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical training (EFZ Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in, Polymechaniker/in) or several years’ experience in a similar assembly role.
• Manual dexterity and a flair for precise work.
• Very good communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Assembly of Wingtra drones for customers.
• Hands-on work including gluing, sanding, drilling, and custom labeling of parts.
• Mounting and wiring of electronics.
• Calibration and quality control / testing of the Wingtra drones.
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and contribute ideas to refine production workflows, Lean process improvements, and product design.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of Wingtra drones for customers
• Hands-on work including gluing, sanding, drilling, and custom labeling of parts
• Mounting and wiring of electronics
• Calibration and quality control / testing of the Wingtra drones
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and contribute ideas to refine production workflows, Lean process improvements, and product design

Requirements

• Basic technical training (e.g. EFZ Elektroniker/in, Automatiker/in, Polymechaniker/in) or several years’ experience in a similar assembly role
• Manual dexterity and a flair for precise work
• Interest in working with an innovative team and rapidly changing processes, and helping to shape them
• Very good communication skills in English

Plus

• 3+ years of assembly experience with electromechanical devices
• Proven track record of precise work / series production
• Experience soldering cables, connectors and components
• Background in Lean / 5S
