Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Developer to sustain and modernize the DHA CBIS EIM platform hosted in AWS GovCloud. You will design, build, test, and enhance OpenText-based workflows, working in an agile team that releases every three weeks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of technical experience related to Health IT.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new EIM workflows and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Government and support teams to resolve issues and respond to modification requests.
• Engage in workflow development activities and coordinate technical requirements with the customer.
• Develop and configure workflows using OpenText AppWorks, Content Server, and Government-owned code in a multi-tenant healthcare platform.
• Deliver user stories through the agile sprint cycle: planning, development, integration testing, demos, and retrospectives.
• Analyze, fix, and close trouble tickets in ServiceNow and support after-hours deployments as needed.
• Build and maintain interfaces (HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM) and migrate to MuleSoft.
• Support security patches and ensure code is free of CAT I/II findings.
• Use AI tools to reduce development time and improve deployments.
• Deliver source code and documentation with each release.
