Avacone seeks an experienced OpenShift Migration Lead to guide migration of enterprise apps and infrastructure to modern container platforms. You will architect, plan, and execute migration strategies, develop automation, and ensure security and operational transition.

The role involves workload assessment, design, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and audit requirements while delivering smooth deployments and vulnerability remediation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience designing and implementing automation for deployment and management of applications and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
• Experience with Windows Server environments, on-premise and cloud hybrid architectures.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and deployment solutions for workloads and infrastructure.
• Oversee deployment activities, release management, and verification of rollout schedules.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support to minimize business disruption and troubleshoot incidents.
