Zusammenfassung

SITA is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native enterprise applications. You will provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and drive software delivery using modern practices.

Deep expertise in .NET and/or Java, microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, DevOps, and Agile delivery are required. The role covers architecture, secure APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and cross-team collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of software development experience.
• At least 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using either .NET or Java technologies.
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in global Agile development teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications and backend services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive software delivery.
• Lead architectural discussions and ensure alignment with technical guidan-rails.
• Develop solutions using microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate enterprise systems and third-party services via API-led patterns.
