Avaloq is seeking a Technical Leader IT with a strong background in infrastructure and platform services (IaaS/PaaS), combined with excellent communication and leadership skills. This role sits as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring complex technical topics are understood and delivery aligns with business objectives.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, drive architectural direction, optimize OCI environments, and promote secure, cost-efficient cloud

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years in IT infrastructure or related roles.
• Proven expertise in OCI or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Strong background in designing and managing scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with IaC tools and automation frameworks.
• Track record leading technical teams and delivery initiatives.
• Knowledge of ITSM, cloud security and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the technical delivery of infrastructure and cloud platform solutions.
• Bridge between technology and business, translating complex concepts.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to align priorities and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and vendors.
