Job summary

ELCA Group is seeking an IT operations specialist based in Pully to ensure productive daily work for a thousand colleagues. You will resolve requests hands-on, automate procedures with AI tools, and contribute to a growing AI-enabled IT organisation across ELCA offices.

You will split time between run and improve activities, building a knowledge base and sharing improvements with the team. French and English fluency and a strong documentation mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in IT operations or service desk engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune and Windows endpoints; macOS a plus.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong documentation and proactive communication skills.
• Apprenticeship backgrounds welcome; track record matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests end to end (ITIL L1+L2).
• Manage Pully office IT needs, devices, network issues, and meeting rooms.
• Administer workplace stack: Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Defender; endpoints.
• Develop automated workflows using low-code tools and AI agents.
• Create and maintain high‑quality knowledge base and guides.
• Share knowledge and coach L1 team on AI and automation.
