Job summary

ELCA Switzerland and Europe is seeking an IT operations professional based in Pully to keep colleagues productive and lead automation efforts in Corporate IT. You will run L1/L2 support, manage the office stack, and contribute to an AI-enabled IT organization using Claude, LibreChat, and low‑code tools.

You will split time 80/20 between run and improve with a target 50/50, documenting procedures and sharing knowledge across ELCA offices in Geneva, Zurich, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in IT operations with real L2 depth.
• Hands-on knowledge of M365, Entra ID/AD, Intune and Windows endpoints; macOS a plus.
• Ability to learn rapidly and integrate new technologies.
• Fluent AI user with Claude/ChatGPT daily; bring examples of automations.
• Low-code / prompting mindset: Power Automate, AI assistants, structured prompts, knowledge bases.
• ITIL-minded: incident, request, problem and knowledge management.
• Writes clear documentation and procedures.
• Proactive communicator: shares knowledge and trains others.
• French and English fluent (written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented, calm under pressure; explain tech to non-tech colleagues.
• CFC, HES/ES or equivalent; apprenticeship backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Run: handle incidents and service requests end to end (ITIL L1 + L2).
• Manage the Pully office onsite: onboarding/offboarding, devices, rooms, printing, Wi‑Fi.
• Administer the workplace stack: Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Defender, Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Maintain tickets and knowledge entries in ITSM and knowledge bases.
• Support other ELCA offices and travel occasionally.
• Improve: automate workflows with low-code tools and AI agents.
• Use Claude and internal AI tools to diagnose, draft answers, and analyze trends.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for humans and AI.
• Identify recurring incidents and deploy root-cause fixes.
• Share learnings and raise team AI maturity.
• Share: communicate improvements and run demos; publish updates and guides.
• Act as AI champion; collect feedback and feed it to the improvement backlog.
