ELCA’s Corporate IT seeks an IT engineer based in Pully to keep colleagues productive and to shape an AI-enabled IT organization. You will resolve user requests hands-on, use Claude/LibreChat, and automate processes to free time for improvements.

You will split time between running and improving the service, maintain the knowledge base, and share insights across ELCA offices. Fluency in French and English is required.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in IT operations, workplace or service desk engineering with real L2 depth.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune and Windows endpoints; macOS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run: handle incidents and service requests end to end (ITIL L1 + L2).
• Run: manage Pully office on site (onboarding, devices, network, Wi‑Fi).
• Improve: automate workflows with low‑code tools and AI agents.
• Improve: use Claude to diagnose, draft answers and write procedures.
• Share: coach L1 team on AI usage and automation; promote new tools.
