Globus Travel Services in Lugano, Switzerland, is seeking a Travel Planning Specialist to join the Planning and Coordination team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will help develop and coordinate seasonal itineraries, ensure accuracy, and maintain documentation and tools.

Collaborating with internal departments and international Markets, you will draft itineraries, support market launches, and contribute to planning processes.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; native or bilingual preferred.
• Solid geographic and destination knowledge, including travel logistics, visa requirements, and regional regulations.

Aufgaben

• Support the creation and updating of seasonal travel itineraries.
• Collaborate with other departments in developing itineraries.
• Maintain planning databases and related documentation.
• Draft website content and coordinate with the web editor to ensure updates.
• Prepare planning files for Market launches.
• Conduct and maintain competitor analysis.
• Assist Markets in preparing the Planner/AU brochure.
• Compile statistics for sponsorship opportunities.
• Participate in regular cross-departmental meetings.
