MyMountains in Lucerne, Switzerland, seeks an organized travel planner to coordinate tours, hotels, transport, guides, and activities within budget. The role focuses on detailed itineraries and supplier negotiations to deliver premium travel experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in tourism, fluent German and strong English, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment with weekend duties during peak seasons.

Aufgaben

• Manage pool of tour guides and ski instructors: availabilities, booking, contracts.
• Manage bookings for hotels, restaurants, trains, entrance tickets, and activities.
• Prepare and update detailed client itineraries.
• Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare quotations and travel proposals for Day Tours.
• Provide customer support via phone and email.
• Participate in weekend and public holiday duty rotations (minimum two weekends per month during peak season).
