Globus Travel Services in Lugano, Switzerland, is seeking a Data Management junior associate to feed cruise and service data into internal systems. This full-time, on-site role supports ERP and data content workflows across markets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

You will handle data governance, master data, and metadata, work with Excel, SQL, and Office365, and collaborate with IT to improve processes and data quality, delivering reliable information for decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in computer science or data analytics or statistics preferred.
• Good knowledge of Office365 tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of databases, data structures, and SQL.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of data management, data lifecycle, and data governance principles.
• Experience in data quality, validation, consistency checks, and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage master data, reference data, metadata, and data documentation.
• Understanding of data integration, system data flows, and GDPR/data privacy requirements.

Aufgaben

• Keeping all internal systems updated with cruise and service data/content (internal ERP, Excursion Management System).
• Update of web content and distribution to markets.
• Update of pricing files and distribution to markets.
• Support Cruise Directors with systems related issues coordinating, when necessary, with IT to find root cause and solutions.
• Make proposals for systems enhancement to improve efficiency and general user experience.
• Creation of guidelines.
