Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Procurement CCPM to lead Capital Construction, Project Management and Capital Equipment CAPEX activities at the Schaffhausen site. This on-site role partners with E&PS and GET to deliver value, safety, and timely project execution.

The successful candidate will steer category strategies, contracting, spend management, and supplier performance to strengthen procurement excellence across site investments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or category management experience.
• Experience with A&E, Construction Management, Automation, Commissioning & Qualification, and Capital Equipment suppliers desirable.
• Significant contracting experience and subcontractor management required.
• Knowledge of SIA 118 construction contracts essential.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, supplier relationship management, sourcing, and analytics skills.
• Ability to work with engineering, finance, quality, EHS and other partners in complex environments.
• English required; German language capability is an asset.

• Category leadership and sourcing for Capital Construction and Capital Equipment.
• Manage medium- to high-complexity spend with value delivery and risk control.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution with performance improvement.
• Support strategy deployment and global procurement programmes at the site.
• Partner with E&PS, GET, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to meet project needs.
• Drive supplier performance, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement for procurement efficiency and compliance.
• Align leadership expectations and Credo principles in daily work.
