CTC Resourcing Solutions is recruiting a CAPEX Procurement Project Buyer for an initial 12‑month contract based in Visp, Switzerland. The role leads sourcing activities for Construction Services within capital investment projects and acts as a strategic partner to engineering and project teams.

You will drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk mitigation through RFx, supplier scorecards and SRM while negotiating Construction Services agreements and ensuring alignment with business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Business Management a plus.
• 10+ years in procurement with at least 5 years in category management.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, cosmetics) preferred.
• CIPS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Lead RFx and vendor selection for construction services within projects.
• Develop CSA category strategy aligned with engineering and procurement.
• Negotiate Construction Services and Framework Agreements.
• Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation and supplier performance.
• Lead supplier relationship management and supplier development activities.
