The Bachem Group is planning a future site in Sisslerfeld in Northwestern Switzerland. As part of Bachem’s long-term strategy, the site will strengthen the company’s global manufacturing network and expand future production capacity.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Procurement Lead (a) 100%) to lead the procurement workstream, coordinate Category Managers, Engineering, PMO and project leadership, and ensure optimal commercial outcomes across CAPEX contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10–15+ years of procurement/contract management in large CAPEX projects.
• Strong track record in negotiating high-value contracts and managing risk.

Aufgaben

• Act as Procurement Project Lead for the Bachem Sisslerfeld program.
• Define and drive procurement strategy in alignment with PMO and Engineering.
• Coordinate procurement activities across CAPEX categories and major contracts.
• Support and lead commercial negotiations and award recommendations.
• Own procurement governance, risk management and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal on contracts, orders and amendments.
• Drive change orders and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent Procurement in leadership meetings and reviews.
• Provide guidance on procurement standards and governance.
