Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Lab IT & Equipment Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and support laboratory IT infrastructure and analytical instruments. This role requires 100% on-site presence within clean-room and controlled laboratory environments to perform instrument connectivity setups, hardware-level troubleshooting, and IQ/OQ/PQ qualification testing.

Qualifications

• CDS platforms: Empower, Chromeleon, or OpenLAB.
• LIMS/LES/ELN administration and hardware integration.
• IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and validation lifecycle support for analytical instrumentation.
• GxP data integrity regulations (FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11).
• Lab network infrastructure setup and instrument interface troubleshooting.
• GMP clean-room access rules and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interface and maintain instrument IT connectivity for HPLC, dissolution, balances, pH meters, and spectroscopy equipment.
• Support LIMS/LES hardware integration and lab network management; CDS administration.
• Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ testing for analytical laboratory systems.
• Follow GMP clean-room procedures and provide hands-on technical and network support.
• Provide ELN user administration and end-user support.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across laboratory data repositories.
