Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a Lab IT & Equipment Support Specialist to manage and support laboratory IT infrastructure and analytical instruments in a 100% on-site role within Basel’s clean-room environment. You will ensure instrument connectivity, software administration, and data integrity in GMP settings.

The role requires hands-on qualification and troubleshooting across HPLC systems, CDS, LIMS, and ELN platforms while adhering to 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 standards.

Qualifications

• GXP data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 awareness.
• Experience supporting CDS/LIMS in regulated labs.
• Hands-on hardware and software integration for analytical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Interface and maintain instrument IT connectivity for HPLC, balances, pH meters and spectroscopy.
• Support CDS/LIMS hardware integration and lab network management.
