Qualifications

• Deep expertise in oligonucleotide chemistry and modern modification patterns (e.g., 2′-O-methyl, 2′-fluoro, LNA, cEt).
• Experience with delivery conjugates (GalNAc, lipid, or peptide) is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and champion rational chemical modification frameworks for next-generation oligonucleotides (siRNAs, ASOs).
• Collaborate with computational and synthesis teams to create novel libraries and guide SAR.
• Analyze experimental data with computational methods to refine designs.
• Translate concepts into synthetically accessible structures and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
